Bob discovered his passion for jewelry making through an art metals class at the University of Wisconsin–Stout, which led to a lifelong pursuit of combining creativity with craftsmanship. He founded R.G.D. over 40 years ago and still very much enjoys sharing his passion for fine jewelry and gemstones.

Christina Williams

Christina Williams

Owner, Creative Director, Designer, Head Goldsmith

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and has been a designer and goldsmith at R.G.D. for over 25 years. She specializes in transforming clients’ ideas into custom, handcrafted pieces and restoring worn and broken jewelry by bringing back its original beauty.

Kyle Craft

Kyle Craft

Graphic Designer, Photographer, Assistant Goldsmith

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, with a minor in Metals. As well as helping with metalsmithing he is also the Graphic Designer and Head Photographer, bringing his strong visual communication skills and creativity to the R.G.D team.

Alyse Egan

Alyse Egan

Designer, Apprentice Goldsmith

Alyse is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Metals. She is dedicated to a career in jewelry and is passionate about creating custom designs while working closely with clients to bring their ideas to life in pieces that will be cherished for generations.

Laura Giede

Laura Giede

Office Manager

Laura supports the R.G.D. team with clerical work, billing, and administrative organization. Married to Bob for over 30 years, Laura plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
